Shipping & Delivery
Purchase Bracegirdle’s chocolates from the comfort of your own home! Simply choose your favourites and add them to your shopping cart, then head to check-out to complete your purchase.
For ease of future orders, please register to create an account with us.
To review your order, click on the shopping cart tab. If you wish to add or remove any items, you can do so from this page. When you are satisfied with your order, click on the ‘check-out’ button and add your payment, address and delivery address details. If the item is a gift, you can have the chocolates shipped to an alternative address.
Once your payment details have been entered, you will be given one final chance to review your order. When you are 100% satisfied, click on the ‘Place Order’ button and our team will begin preparing your delicious treats.
Click & Collect
You may select to collect your online order from one of our three physical locations in Adelaide: Clarence Gardens (Cross Road), Blackwood or McLaren Vale. It is free to arrange in-store pickup of your order.
Hand Delivery in Metro SA
Our delivery driver, Paul, takes care of our local Adelaide orders, using a climate-controlled van. This is the safest method for chocolate transportation, to ensure a quality product on arrival. Flat rate of $18 per delivery address.
Postage for Rural SA and Interstate
For delivery across rural SA and the rest of Australia, we utilise Australia Post. Orders are packed with additional protection to assist with a safe arrival. A flat rate of $18 applies for all packages.
Peak Season Delays
Delivery times may vary during Christmas and Easter. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment. Please look for seasonal cut-off dates on our website.
Care of Your Chocolates
To enjoy Bracegirdle’s chocolates at their best please store them away from direct sunlight and strong flavours, in 20˚C or below and avoid placing them in the fridge.
If the weather is too hot and there is no alternative, place the box of chocolates in an airtight container and wrap completely in plastic film and put in the fridge.
Remove about two hours before eating and allow to come to room temperature.
We process online orders daily, however it may take up to 3 business days to process your order depending on stock availability.
Please note, orders are unable to be fulfilled on weekends.
In the case of stock shortages, there may be a slight delay on your order. If this delay is expected to be more than 4 days, we will contact you to offer an alternative product (up to the same value) or offer a partial refund.
