You may now purchase Bracegirdle’s chocolates from the comfort of your own home! Simply choose your favourites and add them to your shopping cart, then head to our check-out to complete your purchase. For ease of future orders, please register to create an account with us.
To review your order, click on the shopping cart tab. If you wish to add or remove any items, you can do so from this page. When you are satisfied with your order, click on the ‘check-out’ button and add your payment, address and delivery address details. If the item is a gift, you can have the chocolates shipped to an alternative address.
Once your payment details have been entered, you will be given one final chance to review your order. When you are 100% satisfied, click on the ‘Place Order’ button and our team will begin preparing your delicious treats.
Our secure online payment system utilises the PayPal payment gateway, which is trusted by over 6 million Australian’s and 188 million worldwide.
If the order is successful, a tax invoice will be emailed to you with details of your order. You will also receive an email containing an Australia Post tracking number, so you can keep an eye on the progress of your order.

Please note, in the case of stock shortages, there may be a slight delay on your order. If this delay is expected to be more than 2 days, we will instead contact you to offer an alternative product (up to the same value) or offer a partial refund.
Our staff will endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible however please keep in mind there may be some fluctuations in demand, which may have an impact on processing times.
On hot days, we use special packaging methods to ensure your chocolates arrive in the best condition. Please note: During extreme heat we will need to place a hold on your order and will contact you by email when it is appropriate to dispatch it.

For hand-picked “create your own” selection chocolates, please allow a further 24 hours.
Bracegirdle’s relies on Australian Post Express Services for all deliveries. We only deliver to addresses within South Australia / Australia. Please note: we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes due to the risk of fluctuating temperatures damaging the chocolates. We do not deliver on Fridays, as this could place your chocolates at risk of being exposed to longer transit periods and unstable climates. If this is a risk, we may choose to withhold your order to avoid damage to your chocolates.
For expected delivery times by postcode, please click on the link below. Please note: these projected times may vary during Christmas and Easter. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
If no one is at home when your chocolates are delivered, and no instructions have been provided, Australia Post will take your order to the nearest post office or depot. This is at the sole discretion of Australia Post, and we cannot guarantee that the product will not be left unattended at the delivery address provided. To prevent your order spoiling, we encourage you to arrange postage to a location where someone will be home to receive it.
